AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS

Child safety is something we take seriously.

The Luxe Liner has been designed and tested in accordance with:

• AS 8005:2020. Accessories for child restraints
• AS/NZS 1754:2013. Child restraint systems
• AS/NZS 3629.1:2013. Dynamic crash testing methods

In line with AS 8005:2020, the following criteria were assessed:

• Dynamic crash performance
• Flammability
• Toxicity and material safety

All testing was conducted through an independent, accredited laboratory.

CRASH TESTING

Crash testing was conducted to ensure the Luxe Liner does not interfere with the performance of your child’s car seat.

Testing compared performance with and without the liner installed, assessing frontal impact conditions.

Results confirmed:

• The Luxe Liner did not reduce the protection or performance of the restraint
• The child dummy remained securely positioned during testing
• No significant difference was observed between test conditions

Testing was completed using a Type G forward-facing harnessed car seat to reflect real-world use.

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN

Bulky or compressible materials can affect how a harness performs in a crash. This slim design ensures your car seat continues to work exactly as it was built to.

USING YOUR LUXE LINER SAFELY

For best results:

• Install your car seat according to the manufacturer’s instructions
• Ensure the harness is correctly positioned and firmly tightened
• Check the liner sits flat with no bunching or folding

A correctly fitted harness and properly installed car seat remain the most important safety factors.

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

I am a mum of four and have experienced every version of a messy car seat.

I created the Luxe Liner because I needed it, but I was determined to do it properly. That meant independent testing, thoughtful design, and holding ourselves to the standards parents expect.
