We currently ship to Australia & New Zealand.
All orders are processed within 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, so shipping times may change.
Australia

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@theluxejourney.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. You can also use the Australia Post to make changes to the order through the app or contact Australia Post.
