Shipping Information
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
All shipping rates below are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). New Zealand customers will see shipping charges automatically converted to NZD at checkout. Converted amounts may vary slightly based on current exchange rates.
Australia
- Standard shipping: $10 — estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
- Express shipping: $16 — estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
- Free standard shipping —orders of $200 or more.
New Zealand
- Standard shipping: $22 AUD — estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.
- Express shipping: $38 AUD — estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing or peak shopping periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email info@theluxejourney.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
After dispatch, you may also be able to request delivery changes directly through Australia Post using its app or customer-support service, where available.
