Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged unless the item is faulty.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theluxejourney.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
