Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged unless the item is faulty.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@theluxejourney.com.au and include:

• Your order number
• The item or items you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos showing the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
